Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant, or alterations.

A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Size issues

Color exchanges (subject to availability)

Defective or damaged products

Incorrect items received
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions

Gift cards

Products marked as non-returnable

Items returned without original tags or packaging

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
For bodysuits, returns may be declined if the hygiene liner has been removed or the product shows signs of use.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the item

Photographs of the packaging

A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow:

5–7 business days for refund processing

Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping

For exchanges due to size or preference changes, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Lattiire will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to:

Multiple failed delivery attempts

Refusal to accept delivery
Any applicable shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
